2012. 04. CCS - Comm'bined Birthday Bash

The third event in the ClubComm City Social series sees the Comma Collective crew takeover the entire top floor of the landmark Oxford St nightclub, The Burdekin, for a one off party like no other.

Celebrating the birthdays of three key Commas - Jono, Jay and Andrew - the night kicks off at 7pm and is free to all ClubComm members and their guests.

Showcasing their song-switching skills throughout the night includes The Funky Jay Cordina with your indie hits, ArunAmok bringing the rnb grooves, Simple Adam with his progressive house selection,  Mon Ami with the moombahton bangers and birthday boy Interrobang!? dropping what he does best - a doublle dose of dubious dubstep.

So put your party shoes on and we'll see you on the D-F this Friday!

Comma Collective - Mon Ami - The Sampler

So after about 4 years of procrastination, the time has finally come for me to put together a mix.

Here's a genre hopping Mon style sampler spanning nu disco, dubstep, dnb, dance, hip hop, indie and my favourite Moombahton (the dubstep of 2012!).

Think of this as a little taste of what to expect at the next ClubComm City Social club takeover Friday 3 August at The Burdekin, playing alongside ClubComm residents Adam Kain and Interrobang?!

Without further ado, here's the mix for your downloading pleasure...

P.S. Any feedback more than welcome!

2012. 03. CCS - Pub Troll

So you've been on a pub crawl?
And you're familiar with Internet trolling?

Now imagine what happens when the two combine...

Presenting Pub Troll! The world's first pub crawl planned purposefully around pranks and practical jokes.

This is the second event in the ClubComm City Social series and is sure to be one of our more controversial events of the year.

Kicking off at 5:00pm on Friday 20 July at the Abercrombie, we'll be making our way down George St, so feel free to join us at any stage through the end of the night.

Post your trolling challenges here, or stay tuned to updates on the ClubComm facebook page.
