2011. 02. Small Bar Scavenger Hunt

Yes, this may just be a world first. ClubComm presents the inaugural Small Bar Scavenger Hunt.

Join us on a quest to uncover some of Sydney's best kept secrets, all featured in the recent publication of "The Manual 2011".

Whether you consider yourself a small bar connoisseur or are just curious about the small bar craze, take the Comma challenge and embark on an adventure through downtown Darlinghurst and the side streets of Surry Hills.

All welcome, just ensure you RSVP with names by Wednesday 19th April.

2011. 01. The Manual 2011 Launch

Ministry of Sound has The Annual 2011. ClubComm presents The Manual 2011 - your ultimate guide to Sydney nightlife.

This must-have book unbiasedly highlights just the facts about the top 211 pubs, clubs and bars of 2011. I'm talking where to get cheap meals, what drink specials are offered and the type of music you may encounter. All 211 places were personally checked in December, so you can be rest assured that this is as accurate as it gets.. no other website comes close to providing you with this sort of info!

And of course, with every launch comes a party. You are invited to the exclusive launch night, at the lovely Bar Europa. To match the venue, we've decided to go with a fun "Eurotrash" theme. Looking for inspiration? Think chest hair, excessive perfume/cologne, tight clothing, fur, leather, asymmetrical hairstyles, oh, and EUROVISION.

But wait.. there's more! Free entry for ClubComm members, $10 for all others which includes ClubComm membership. If that's not good enough, we've arranged cheap pizza and $5 drinks all night, with ClubComm's resident DJ's on rotation playing Euro anthems, dirty disco and party tunes.

2010. 07. The LockDown III

They say good things come in threes... Well, The LockDown III (a.k.a. ClubComm's third birthday) is sure to deliver all kinds of goodness.

Previously held at our beloved SoSueMe @ Q Bar, we've decided to move it up the road this year to the infamous "Bar with no name" (or as some people call it, "The name with no bar"...)

Now for the pitch......For starters, LDIII is just the kind of event you need in December. Back for it's third year, it is proven to be the perfect end of exams celebration or work Christmas Party kick-on. The crowd is relaxed, the music is buzzing and the drinks aren't too pricey. No cover charge or guestlist nonsense either.

And of course, no birthday is complete without your very own free ClubComm party bags on arrival! Be sure to flash your Comma key tag (or pick up your personalised one for $10).
